注销账号与删除数据

适用于红娘 Hongniang 网站及 App 账号。

自己操作

1. 登录红娘，进入「我的」。
2. 在「账号与隐私」选择「注销账号」。
3. 输入密码、确认删除并提交。

注销会永久删除资料、头像、相册、语音、私密收藏、保存筛选、聊天、动态和账号会话。操作无法恢复，可先下载自己的数据。暂停展示只隐藏资料，不会删除账号。

无法登录

可先使用登录页的「忘记密码」。仍无法操作时，请通过注册邮箱联系 [email protected]，主题写「红娘账号删除」。为保护账号，我们需要核实请求来自本人。不要发送密码或身份证件。

保留的安全记录

涉及他人安全的举报记录可能保留，账号标识会匿名化。已处理举报的证据原文在处理满两年后清除。详见隐私政策。

Delete your account and data

Sign in → Me → Account & privacy → Delete account. Confirm using your password. Your profile, media, private saves, filters, conversations, posts and sessions are deleted permanently. Download your data first if needed. Pausing your profile does not delete it.

If you cannot sign in, reset your password or request deletion from your registered email at the address above. We must verify ownership. Safety reports involving others may be retained with anonymized account identifiers; evidence in resolved reports is cleared after two years.
