2. Free service
Signing up, seeing recommendations, expressing interest, chatting and other features are currently free. There are no memberships, top-ups or paid unlocks.
3. Your commitments
- Provide truthful information and use only photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use.
- Each account manages only one dating profile.
- No harassment, no discrimination, no sexual or violent content.
- No asking to borrow money, no promoting investments, no requests for money transfers or gift cards. These are the most common romance-scam tactics.
- No impersonating others and no using the platform for commercial purposes.
4. Safety reminder
We flag suspicious content such as money transfers and investments, but we cannot verify every user's identity and intentions. For a first meeting, choose a public place, get there and back on your own, and tell a friend or family member your plans. If anyone asks you for money, stop contacting them and report them immediately.
5. Content and enforcement
You own the content you post; you grant us the right to display it in order to provide the service. For accounts that break these terms, we may remove content, or suspend or ban the account. Banned users can appeal to [email protected].
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time under "我的 → 账号与隐私" (Me → Account & privacy). How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the opportunity to meet people; we make no guarantee about how relationships between users turn out. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for users' offline interactions with each other.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada; Quebec residents also keep the rights granted to them by Quebec law.
